When visiting Intuit websites, the following message appears:
Our systems are experiencing some issues. Please try again later.
There are a few basic troubleshooting steps you can perform to resolve browser issues on Intuit websites.
Before following the steps below, try using a different browser to identify if the issue is browser-specific.

Restart your browser
Clear your browser's cache

Enable Active Scripting (only for Internet Explorer)
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Select the Internet icon.
- Click Custom Level.
- Select Scripting and choose Active Scripting.
- Click Enable.
Reset the browser to its default settings
This will change any custom settings you currently have on your browser.

Troubleshooting issues when downloading or finding a downloaded file
You can usually find a downloaded file by pressing Ctrl + J in any browser. If this doesn't work, try changing the default location of the downloaded files.

Google Chrome
- Click the menu (three dots) on the Google Chrome toolbar and choose Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the arrow next to Advanced.
- Locate the Downloads section.
- Click the Change button next to Location to select a default location to save downloaded files.
- Click the slider for Ask where to save each file before downloading if you want to be prompted to choose a specific location for each download.
Firefox
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Click the General tab.
- Locate the Downloads section.
- Click Browse if you want to change the default location of the downloaded files.
- Select Always ask me where to save files if you want to be prompted to choose a specific location for each download.
Internet Explorer
- From the Tools menu, select View Downloads.
- Select Options in the lower left dialog box.
- Choose a different default download location by selecting Browse.
- Select OK when you're done.
Safari
- From the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
- Go to the General tab.
- In the File download location dropdown list, choose Other.
- Choose Ask for each download if you want to be prompted to choose a specific location for each download.
- Select a new location and click Select.
