When deleting an app on your iPhone, the app and data is removed, however documents or data stored in iCloud will not be deleted. To Delete the Intuit Practice Management App:

1. Log out of Intuit Practice Management:
   1. Gear icon upper right.
   2. Tap Log Out.
2. Touch and hold the Intuit Practice Management app on your iPhone.
3. Select Remove App.
4. Select Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
5. Follow these steps from Apple to reinstall Intuit Practice Management.

When Offloading an app on your iPhone, the app is removed, but the data remains and allows you to pick up where you left off in the app when reinstalled. To Offload the Intuit Practice Management App:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select General and then tap iPhone Storage.
3. In the list of installed apps find Intuit Practice Management and tap it.
4. Tap Offload App and Offload App again to confirm.
5. Follow these steps from Apple to reinstall Intuit Practice Management.

1. Press and hold the Power button.
2. Select Power off or Restart.
3. If necessary, press and hold the Power button until the device turns on again.

1. Go to Settings>Apps>All Apps.
2. Find Intuit Practice Management and tap it.
3. Go to Storage & Cache>clear both. Clearing Storage & Cache will clear your login data and locally saved account information. It will be necessary to sign in to Intuit Practice Management the next time it is opened.
