We are aware of an issue involving systems crashing or shutting down when trying to print from ProSeries 2018.
In order to determine how best to troubleshoot your printing issues, first identify which version of Windows your computer is running. To identify your current Windows version, follow the steps outlined by Microsoft here.
Click on the version of Windows you're using to view steps to resolve the errors.
Windows 32-bit systems
Windows 64-bit systems
- Print items to PDF, rather than your printer. If the file looks correct when opened in Adobe Reader, then ProSeries is working as expected and the issue is likely with your printer. Consult your local IT professional for further troubleshooting.
- Make sure your anti-virus or encryption software isn't interfering with ProSeries. See How to exclude ProSeries from real-time system scans for details.

- Update your Windows operating system to the latest update.
