How Do I Generate W-2 and 1099 Tax Documents in Intuit Quick Employer Forms Accountant?

Solutions Descriptions:

Create New Form:

  1. Login To Quick Employer Forms Accountant (QEF)
  2. Click on the Create New Form button

  1. Select the 20YY Form you want to create (YY = Current Tax Year) and click on the Continue button

  1. Fill in the Business Info for the 20YY Form you are creating and then click on the Continue button

  1. Fill in the Payee Info for the 20YY Form you are creating and then click on the Continue button

  1. Fill in the Form Info for the 20YY Form you are creating and then click on the Continue button

  1. To view the completed form in the Verify Form window by click on the PDF icon

  1. Click on Edit to fix any mistakes you made or Continue button to complete the form.

  1. Once on the Client List screen in QEF you Print the PDF's of the forms or Efile button to efile the forms to SSA
