Solution:
To enter foreign taxes paid on dividends:
- To access the Open Forms dialog box, click the Forms menu and choose Select Form.
- Type the letter B to highlight the Schedule B and click OK to open the form.

Double-click on Payer's Name field to open a Dividend Income Worksheet

Scroll down to the Foreign Tax Information section and enter the foreign taxes on Line 1.

Enter the Foreign Country on Line 2.

Double-click on the field below Line 3 to link the interest to a copy of Form 1116.

Check box A, B, or C on Line 4 to choose which column of Form 1116 to report the dividends.

On line 5 choose whether taxes were Paid or Accrued and on Line 6 enter the date Paid or Accrued.

Enter the total foreign source income from Box 1 on Line 7.
