We are unable to print our 2017 and prior 941's none of the data fields show up. Please advise.

No data is showing on the forms. We backup and rename the closed years so we have a record available to regenerate the forms if needed as well as generating reports upon request.

If you e-filed the 941's, you can reprint them by going to System, View E-filing History, then choose the right quarter, and click Reprint at the bottom.

If not, you could try restoring an old backup, but the 941's still may not reprint correctly.
