Is anyone having trouble installing the latest update?

I have tried to install the update twice and it says it's updating but for over 30 minutes?? I finally end task and start over! Ugh!

Please call in to our support team at 866-220-0488 so they can resolve any update issues. We have not had reports or trends yet of others having problems installing the new update.
