    information return system

    Just did the update and message that "the item 'IRS.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moves, so this shortcut will no longer work properly"  anyone know how to fix tis?

    After 2:39 on hold and a total time of 3:05 the "problem" is solved.
