WHY IS MY PAYROLL INFORMATION FILES MISSING AFTER 3.09 UPDATE?

Has there been an update to fix your missing payrolls yet?

Yes... it is good to go.  They did a terrible job communicating as through Monday their recorded message still said they were testing.  I finally called and was told the message just had not been updated or removed yet. SMH
