This is a follow-up to my post a couple of weeks ago. After further review of what I wrote and having received no responses it occurred to me I was too brief in the details of what my clients need. In a nutshell what you would be providing is essentially remote CFO by the hour services as well as preparing 3 S-corp, 1 partnership and 1 individual tax return for the principal owner of these businesses. On an annual basis your fees should be in the $10,000 to $20,000. I would be happy to discuss in greater detail with you what the engagement involves.
