I'm getting the following error message when trying to CREATE EF for Q4 Form DE9 and DE9c:
"Electronic file cannot be created. Please close the year and then process"
Why would I have to close the year to Create the EF for 2020 DE9 and DE9c. (Note: I'm can't close the year because Clients work for December has not been completed)
