I am needing to download the new year files, but they are not available in my dashboard. I am using google chrome which is up to date and cleared the cache. Any other tips available?
I had the same problem even with order confirmation number. Called them after 7 hours on hold she hung up on me and just canceled the order. What a wonderful company. If I don't hear back today the web campaign will start.
I was able to finally get through. Go to Intuit.com and log in that way and then I was able to find my download. I am not sure why the email link wouldn't work.
