IRS unable to determine eligibility

Level 1
No stim direct deposit.  Nonfiler who went through TurboTax free file and received email confirming IRS accepted return.

Checked payment status on IRS site:

"According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time."

What further info do I need to provide and to whom?

Did you do your return thru Turbo Tax?

If so, ask there... NOT here.
