CARES act impact for social security earning only

Client had minimal earnings in 2018, did not file in 2019, as at this point only earnings are social security. Will client get the $1200, even though solely on social security?

f there was not filing requirement, submitting a return now is not useful. Wait for IRS to come up with their quicky online filing that will include banking info. Filing now will NOT include the bank info, unless there is a refund.

Each will be updated as things firm up.
