When you are in Federal and you click on "ST" to go to a state, only bring up the states that are already attached.  There is a button on that tab that says "Add State", use that button if you want to add a new state. 

Also, when you roll from one year to the next, automatically attach the same states that were attached the prior year.  We can delete them if we no longer need them or add a new state if we need it.  Most of the time we use the same state from year to year.

Are you requesting a new feature....to only show the states attached for that particular client?   That would be handy, rather than having to scroll down the list of all states installed.....
