QBO Payroll-Oregon

Anybody else having issues with the State of Oregon and W-2 submittals from QBO Payroll? Oregon won't accept W-2s unless they are filed through iWire (Oregon's portal). In other words when I filed the W-2s with Feds-QBO  Payroll says 'don't worry you don't have to file separately with the state' .  Now my clients are receiving 'Failure to File' notices. Help-it means I will have to manually input all the data onto state of Oregon's spreadsheet for submittal. Thanks
