    Which software are you using? 

    Is it all files or just that one?

    What message do you get when you attempt to open the file?

    And what software might you be using?

    That would go a long way in helping us volunteers try to troubleshoot, as well as a few more details on what is happening (or not) when you try to open the file.

    You two should compare notes some time to see what the other one is doing since one has trouble opening and one has trouble closing 😀
