Important message regarding Internet Explorer 11

As a valued member of the ProConnect Tax community, we strive to offer you the best experience possible.  Unfortunately, Internet Explorer 11 presents challenges that make it difficult to consistently deliver the level of service you deserve.  In light of these challenges, our support site will no longer support the Internet Explorer 11 browser.  These changes will take place later this month.

Going forward, we suggest using one of the following browsers so that you can enjoy the most optimized experience possible: 

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

why oh why is so hard to deal with Intuit.  impossible to get answers to simple questions.  All i want to do is purchase the 2020 ProSeries Professional.  how hard should that be.
