Having trouble printing help articles?

We are happy to announce that we have updated this feature with our help pages and you are now able to print this information if you need to.

++++

Step 1. Navigate to the page/article that you want to print.  And click on the three dots that appear above the article.

Step 2.  Click on "Print" which will then direct you to a print friendly version of the page.

Next, you can either right-click and print or hold down CTRL-P to print your page.

Cheers!

This doesn't work in Proseries.  I still can't print articles.

Here is an article that may be able to assist you in your ProSeries Product: https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/printing-preferences/help/configure-print-options-in-proseri...

This does not work when I type my search in the Ask ProSeries or Search Help bar on the upper right of the software.  It sends me to a page that says ProSeries Help that has no ability to print.  No 3 dots, no ability to right click, no menu at the top, nothing.

The only thing that works is to copy the heading of the Help article and paste it into my browser.  Then I get to a format I can print.  But that's a lot of extra steps.

I used to have no problem printing in prior years.  It must be something you changed this year.

I am still having trouble printing help articles.

I want to print an article "Entering S Corporation Shareholder Basis Worksheet on Schedule K-1 input screen.   This article was updated 2 weeks ago.  I still don't see the three dots that you mention in your article on October 1, 2020.
