How do I generate Form 5500, Schedule C - Service Provider Information?
Completing any applicable fields on Screen 10, Service Provider Information (Sch. C) will generate the Schedule C. However, you can also force or suppress this schedule in the program.
Follow these steps to force or suppress the Schedule C:
- Go to Screen 3, Miscellaneous Information.
- Select Schedule Overrides from the left Sections menu.
- Enter a 1 to force the schedule or a 2 to suppress the schedule for each field.
