Finding your Customer Account Number in Lacerte

To check your Lacerte Customer Account Number, please follow the steps below.

Customer Account Number Verification Steps:

1. Go to the Settings menu and then press Options.
2. Select the Firm Info tab.
3. The customer account number is located on the first field of the Firm Info screen.

Or

1. Press the F10 key to open the Technical Support Information window.
2. Click the License Information tab.
3. The customer account number is located on the 2nd line of this tab.
