Is the data field(s) for the missing data utility read/write accessible via the Lacerte sdk?

It would appear to be field "C1_G30" in the Data1 file (Client Info), as a true/false field (size of 1 character so 0/blank == false and 1 == true).
We do not use this here in our office, so I have no experience with it, however.
