ProConnect Tax is offered as a package or on a pay-per-return basis. Packages bundle together individual with other offerings such as eSignature, Quick Employer Forms, and/or business returns. For packages call sales at 844-818-3683.

The pay-per-return option allows you to purchase upfront a set amount of returns based on tiered volume discounting. The price per return you pay on your first purchase will be your price for the rest of the tax year, and your baseline for subsequent years. Buy more returns upfront to lock in the best price for the tax year. Must buy more than 10 returns to lock your price.* Once you purchase your returns, they’ll show up in your account. When you e-file or print a return, one return will be deducted from your account, until you use them all.

User Access is a $99 fee per user in order to access functionality including e-filing, print, reporting, support and other benefits including IRS transcripts, Intuit Link, Intuit Tax Advisor, and K-1 Package Delivery. A minimum of one paid User Access fee must be purchased with your ProConnect tax returns*.

Yes, your user access will expire at the end of the calendar year after the tax year is completed. For example, User Access to complete Tax year 2024 returns will expire on December 31st, 2025.

When you buy your returns in ProConnect, you will select the number of users you will need for tax year 2024. A single user must be purchased at the time of purchase, however, you can add additional users throughout the year.

You can always buy more ProConnect returns whenever you need them. When you purchase additional returns, you’ll pay the same price per return you paid on your initial purchase. The price you pay per return on your first purchase is the price per return you pay for the rest of the tax year. Buy more returns upfront to get the best deal. With ProConnect Tax’s tiered volume pricing, you’ll get a lower price per return the more you buy. Tax returns are purchased for a specific tax year. Any unused tax returns will be accessible for up to 3 calendar years after that tax year, but can only be used for said specific tax year. You will need at least 1 User Access for the current year.

When you’re ready to buy, you’ll need to provide sales or enter your credit card information in-product to complete your purchase. However, your credit card won't be charged for your tax package, tax return or user fee(s) until January 2025. If you purchase after January, then your credit card will be charged immediately.

You can buy prior-year tax year returns directly within ProConnect. If you are a firm doing 50 or more returns, you may qualify for prior-year returns at no charge. Please call our Sales team at 844-591-8071 so they can help you claim them.
